January 7, 2024Makisig explains how Paul Cezanne changed art – forever! Hey everyone, I’m Makisig and I love art! Today I want to share with you how Cezanne changed art forever. Cezanne was a French painter who lived in the 19th century. He is known as the father of modern art because he influenced many artists who came after him, like Picasso and Matisse.
Cezanne wanted to show the world in a new way. He used colours, shapes, and brushstrokes to create a sense of depth and dimension. He also experimented with different perspectives and angles. He painted the same subjects over and over again, like mountains, apples, and people. He wanted to capture the essence of what he saw, not just the appearance.
Cezanne’s art was revolutionary because he challenged the raditional rules of painting. He didn’t care about realism or perfection. He cared about expressing his own vision and emotions. He inspired many artists to explore new possibilities and styles. He opened the door to modern art.
